We want to offer our goods at the best price, therefore we use a mix of shipping methods as you can see in the table listed below.

The shipping costs are also listed in the product details. The total shipping costs depend on the product with the highest shipping costs in your order.

Your order will be immediately processed. The shipping times are listed on the product details pages. If the payment method is “prepayment” (bank transfer), the delivery time starts when we have received the payment.

Important: Please check the delivery immediately for damages of packaging and goods. In case of doubt, open the package in the presence of the deliverer. If there are any damages, let the deliverer make a note on the receipt. Later complains can’t be claimed at the forwarder.

Upon request we can offer you insured shipping with guaranteed delivery at 12:00 h at the next working day (if you order before 13:00 h at the previous day). If you want that, please phone us at +49 6841 99303-0.

Shipping Costs Overview for Consumers (Not Traders)

In case you order more than one product and the shipping costs for them differ, we only charge the shipping costs of the one product with the highest amount.
Naturally you can also pick up the products at our warehouse in Kirkel-Limbach, Konrad-Zuse-Str. 15. Our warehouse is open Monday to Friday 9:00 to 12:30 and 13:30 to 17:00. To avoid waiting time, please inform us beforehand by calling +49 6841 99303-0.
